Hello fellow future UMMers. I've got to finish up that scholarship application today. God, I really hope that lady was correct in saying that Morris was accepting those applications until the 17th. My essay is basically done, but I do occasionally tweak it still. I hate the last sentence; it's too boring, too uncreative. I'll figure something out. Anyway, I have three letters-o-reccomendation to send with it, although I'm considering just sending the two that are, well, *cough* better. So, that's the essay, the letters, and then what? Oh, the application. Where did I put that? Ah well, I'll find it.

I can honestly say that I'm really excited to get out of this town. I know that Morris isn't exactly an exciting metropolis, but at least it's something new. I'm excited for new faces, new minds, new buildings, new everythings.

How's the scholarship search going for you others? I finally got a poetry scholaship thing back... They didn't like it. *pout* Ah well. It was worth a shot, right? I've sent in an essay to a music magazine for $1000, and I have my Subway scholarship, and of course the high school's scholarships coming up... I'm rooting for all of us. Bring on the dough!
